Media Player Classic – Black Edition (MPC BE) (x64 & x86) settings + LAV filters

People who have fast computer should not face any playback issues with default settings of MPC BE.

  • Software:      MPC BE 1.5.3 x64

People with old computer may need to do some settings for smooth playback.

  • Select On Top -> While playing

How to configure MPC BE to use external LAV Filters

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

Software: MPC BE x64,LAV Filters

First, download and install LAV Filters.

Open “LAV Video Configuration“.

This is for Windows Vista/7/8 64 bit version OS.

1) If your Operating System is Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Vista64 / Windows 7 64 then download and install The .NET Framework 4.5.  Make sure you install it first and restart your computer before proceeding further.

2) Download MediaPlayerClassic-HomeCinema x64 from any of below links :

4) Install and configure MPC HC.

  • Install MediaPlayerClassic-HomeCinema x64. Start MPC HomeCinema.
  • Select On Top->While playing Video
